在校护理大学生心理健康变迁的横断历史元分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨2001年来在校护生心理健康随年代变化趋势。方法对2002年1月—2018年12月期间发表的,采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)研究在校护生心理健康72篇文献进行横断历史元分析。结果在校护生整体与亚群体心理健康总均分,男、本科护生人际关系因子及大一护生强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子均与年代呈负相关(P<0.05);整体在校护生其余8因子及女、专科、非大一护生心理健康各因子得分与年代均不相关(P>0.05)。结论在校护生心理健康尤在人际交往方面,随年代进程改善,且心理健康变化存在性别、学历层次和年级差异,大一护生心理健康水平提高较其他亚群体更明显。 Objective To explore the change of mental health of nursing college students with age since 2001.Methods A cross-temproal meta-analysis was proformed on 72 articles that researched mental health of nursing college students by using the system check list 90 from January 2002 to December 2018.Results There was a correlation between total average score of nursing college students and its subgroup,interpersonal relationship of man and undergraduate students,the forced,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,mental illness of freshmen and age(P<0.05),the rest of the factors were not related to age(P>0.05).Conclusion Mental health of nursing college students,especially in interpersonal relationship was improved,and there were changes among gender,education level and grade,the improvement of mental health level of freshman nursing students was more obvious than that of other subgroups.
