摘要
由于我国高等院校招生规模扩大,以及医疗改革不断深入、患者维权意识增强等原因,医学教学资源略显不足。另一方面,传统的单一教学模式限制了学生的临床思维能力和主动学习能力。将“互联网+”思维融入超声诊断学见习带教中,构造基于“互联网+”思维的超声诊断学见习带教课程,其具体实施过程主要包括:(1)CBL与“翻转课堂”授课方式相结合,注重学生的个性发展,及创新能力的培养;(2)通过超声新技术拓展慕课设计,拓展学生的视野,了解前沿知识,提高自主学习积极性;(3)引入在线考核及形成性评价体系,可以让教师实时了解学生的需求,进行针对性调整。因此,“互联网+”思维,对于打造教师个性化教学风格,促进教学互动,以及提升教学质量具有重要意义。
Because of the increase in the number of students enrolled,the developing of modern medical system refor,and the enhanced awareness of patient to safeguardrights,resources are increasingly unable to meet the needs of medcial teaching.Meanwhile,students'clinical thinking ability and active learning ability are limited by the T traditional teaching mode.We construct a course of ultrasonic diagnostics in teaching medical interns by integrating"Internet plus"thinking into the course.The specific implementation steps are as follows;(1)We focus on developing students'innovative spirit by combining CBL with flipped teaching.(2)We use MOOCs about the new technology in ultrasonic to broaden students'horizons.(3)The online assessment and formative evaluation system is introduced for teachers to understand students'needs in real time and make targeted adjustments.In brief,the integration of"Internet plus"thinking is of great significance for creating teachers'individualized teaching styles,promoting teaching interaction and improving teaching quality.
