sICAM-1在不同病原体所致肺炎患儿中的变化及意义

摘要 目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1在不同病原体所致肺炎患儿中的变化及意义。方法选择本院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的肺炎患儿96例,其中重症肺炎患儿30例、普通肺炎患儿66例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定患儿急性期、恢复期血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平,并且统计不同病原体所致重症肺炎患儿sICAM-1水平,分析sICAM-1水平与肺炎患儿病情变化的关系。结果重症肺炎组与普通肺炎组患儿急性期血清sICAM-1水平明显高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且重症肺炎患儿急性期血清sICAM-1水平明显高于普通肺炎患儿急性期血清sICAM-1水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿急性期血清sICAM-1水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),恢复期血清sICAM-1水平与健康对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同病原体所致重症肺炎患儿急性期血清sICAM-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清sICAM-1水平与肺炎病原体种类无明显关系,与肺炎病情严重程度密切相关,临床可作为判断肺炎病情及评估治疗效果的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in children with pneumonia caused with different pathogens.Methods 96 cases children with pneumonia admitted in XinJiang Military General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected,including 30 cases with severe pneumonia and 66 cases with common pneumonia.Then the serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)with acute and convalescent stage were measured by ELISA,and the levels of sICAM-1 with severe pneumonia caused by different pathogens were counted,and the changes of sICAM-1 level and the condition of children with pneumonia were analyzed.Results The levels of serum sICAM-1 with severe pneumonia and common pneumonia in acute stage were significantly higher than those in convalescence(P<0.05).The levels of serum sICAM-1 in acute stage were higher than control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two group in recovery stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum sICAM-1 levels among severe pneumonia caused by different pathogens(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum sICAM-1 level has no obvious relationship with the types of pneumonia pathogens,but it is closely related to the severity of pneumonia.It can be used as an important index to judge the condition of pneumonia and evaluate the therapeutic effect.
