健康教育路径表在甲状腺手术护理中的应用

The Application of Health Education Path Table in Thyroid Surgery Nursing

目的评价甲状腺手术护理中运用健康教育路径表的价值,以促进甲状腺手术患者康复预后。方法选择本院收治的甲状腺疾病患者,总计96例。随机进行采取手术常规护理、配合健康教育路径表的对照组和试验组分组护理,对比对照组与试验组甲状腺疾病手术患者组间护理满意度以及健康知识掌握得分情况。结果试验组甲状腺疾病手术患者的护理总满意度高于对照组(95.83%vs.81.25%,P<0.05),颈部训练、饮食、体位健康知识得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予甲状腺手术患者健康教育路径表护理干预可以进一步提高患者的护理满意度以及健康知识掌握程度,从而促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the value of health education pathway table in the nursing of thyroid surgery,so as to promote the recovery and prognosis of thyroid surgery patients.Methods 96 patients with thyroid diseases were selected.The patients in the control group and the experimental group were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.Results the total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(95.83%vs.81.25%,P<0.05).The scores of neck training,diet and body position health knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of health education pathway table for thyroid surgery patients can further improve the patients'nursing satisfaction and health knowledge,so as to promote the recovery of patients.
