牙周夹板治疗牙周炎伴牙周缺失的应用价值探析

Application Value of Periodontal Splint in the Treatment of Periodontitis with Periodontal Loss

目的:探究分析牙周夹板治疗牙周炎伴牙周缺失的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的牙周炎伴牙周缺失患者90例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(树脂夹板治疗)和观察组(高强纤维牙周夹板治疗),每组各45例。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,患者的治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在牙周炎伴牙周缺失患者临床中运用高强纤维牙周夹板治疗,患者的临床治疗效果显著,患者的满意度高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of periodontal splint treatment with periodontal periodontal deficiency.Methods:90 cases of periodontal disease with periodontal deletion were selected for study,and the random numerical table method was divided into control group(resin splint treatment)and observation group(high-strength fiber periodontal treatment),each group of 45 cases.The effects of the two treatments were compared.Results:The total efficiency of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the patient’s treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with periodontal periodontal deficiency with high strength fiber periodontal splints,the clinical treatment effect of patients is remarkable,the patient’s satisfaction is high,and the clinical application value is high.
