急性脑梗塞运用磁共振弥散加权成像诊断中的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在诊断急性脑梗塞患者中的临床价值。方法:选取本院收治的90例急性脑梗塞患者,收治的时间为2017年12月~2019年2月。给予所有患者常规磁共振(MRI)以及DWI检查,并分析两种检查方法的疾病检出率。结果:经分析,较之T_2WI,DWI的疾病检出率明显高(P<0.05)。对比急性脑梗塞病灶的部位与分期,发生部位无差别;对比急性脑梗死各时期患者的信号表现,急性脑梗塞患者中多数信号显示高或者异常高信号。结论:MRI-DWI检查法能够较为精准的对急性脑梗塞患者梗塞部位及梗塞面积做出早期评估判断,以便于指导临床治疗及预后判断提供了科学的理论指导。 Objective:To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in this hospital,and the period of admission was from December 2017 to February 2019.All patients were given routine magnetic resonance(MRI)and DWI examinations,and the disease detection rates of the two examination methods were analyzed.Results:After analysis,the disease detection rate of DWI was significantly higher than that of T2WI(P<0.05).Comparing the location and stage of the acute cerebral infarction lesion,there is no difference in the location;comparing the signal performance of patients with acute cerebral infarction at various stages,most of the acute cerebral infarction patients showed high or abnormal high signal.Conclusion:The MRI-DWI examination method can accurately make early assessment and judgment of the infarct location and infarct area in patients with acute cerebral infarction,so as to guide clinical treatment and prognosis judgment and provide scientific theoretical guidance.
