胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射在治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效对比

Comparison Study on the Effect of Insulin Pump and Routine Insulin Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Patients

目的:研究比较胰岛素泵与常规胰岛素注射在治疗糖尿病患者中的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月~2019年9月于本院收治的糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象,分为两组,每组60例,实验组给予患者胰岛素泵治疗,对照组采取常规胰岛素注射方式给药,分析比较两种治疗方式的临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC水平均无明显差异;治疗后,实验组患者明显低于对照组,组间血糖血脂对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组低血糖发生率(3.33%)明显低于对照组(23.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床在糖尿病的治疗中,与常规胰岛素注射相比,胰岛素泵的低血糖发生率低,能够明显降低血糖血脂水平,临床效果显著。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of insulin pump and routine insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2019,120 diabetic patients were retrospectively selected as study subjects in our hospital.They were divided into two groups,and there were 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received insulin pump treatment,while the control group received conventional insulin injection treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:Before the treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TG and TC levels were not significantly different between the two groups.After treatment,the data of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there were statistical significant in blood glucose and lipid between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical treatment of diabetes,when compares with routine insulin injection,the incidence of hypoglycemia of insulin pump treatment is low,which can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose and lipid,and the clinical effect is significant.
