摘要
目的:对行人工膝关节置换术患者接受CPM机康复的临床效果进行系统研究与探讨,以加快患者术后康复速度。方法:选择本院2017年1月~2019年6月收治的75例行人工膝关节置换术患者作为实验对象,数字奇偶法分组后探究每组康复效果。对照组(37例):应用常规康复训练;实验组(38例):应用常规康复训练+CPM机康复。对比两组患者关节活动度、HSS评分。结果:实验组关节活动度为(95.24±4.32)?、HSS评分为(86.17±3.21)分,各项指标与对照组相比,临床比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:行人工膝关节置换术患者术后接受常规康复训练的基础上联合CPM机康复,能够对关节粘连加以预防,加快膝关节的恢复速度。
Objective:To systematically study and discuss the clinical effect of CPM rehabilitation for patients undergoing artificial knee replacement surgery,in order to accelerate the postoperative recovery rate of patients.Methods:75 patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.The digital parity method was used to investigate the rehabilitation effect of each group.The control group(37 cases):applied conventional rehabilitation training;the experimental group(38 cases):applied conventional rehabilitation training+CPM machine rehabilitation.The joint mobility and HSS scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The joint activity of the experimental group was(95.24±4.32)˚,and the HSS score was(86.17±3.21)points.Compared with the control group,the indicators were significantly different in clinical comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty combined with conventional rehabilitation training on the basis of postoperative rehabilitation training can prevent joint adhesions and accelerate the recovery of the knee joint.
