探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

目的:分析对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年2月~2019年8月本市急救中心接受治疗的86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,将对照组予以常规方法治疗,观察组予以无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:对86例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者分别进行治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(97.67%)要明显比对照组(79.07%)高(χ^2=7.2421,P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机进行治疗,能够对患者治疗起到有效改善作用,提高治疗有效率,值得借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:From February 2018 to August 2019,86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment of 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure,the total effective rate(97.67%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(χ^2=7.2421,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can effectively improve the treatment of patients and improve the efficiency of treatment,which is worthy of reference.
