摘要
目的:胎儿心电监护对胎儿宫内窘迫的影响性分析。方法:纳入本院于2019年9月~2020年4月收治的112例产妇为研究对象,结合胎儿心电监护结果,其中11例为阳性组,23例为可疑组,78例为阴性组;对比分析三组的剖宫产率、羊水污染率、胎儿宫内窘迫率以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果:阳性组剖宫产率为90.91%、羊水污染率为81.82%、胎儿宫内窘迫率为90.91%、新生儿Apgar评分为(6.68±0.54)分;可疑组剖宫产率为52.17%、羊水污染率为47.83%、胎儿宫内窘迫率为47.83%、新生儿Apgar评分为(8.02±0.88)分;阴性组剖宫产率为7.69%、羊水污染率为10.26%、胎儿宫内窘迫率为8.97%、新生儿Apgar评分为(9.06±0.95)分;组间比较,数据差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:产妇临产期间应用胎儿心电监护,有利于医护人员及时发现胎儿是否存在宫内窘迫情况,并采取合理方案及时干预,对妊娠结局有良性影响,具有临床普及使用的价值。
Objective:To analyze the influence of fetal ECG monitoring on fetal distress.Methods:A total of 112 parturients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to April 2020 were included as research subjects.Combined with the results of fetal ECG monitoring,11 cases were positive group,23 cases were suspicious group,and 78 cases were negative group;The cesarean section rate,amniotic fluid contamination rate,fetal distress rate,and neonatal Apgar score were compared and analyzed in the three groups.Results:The positive rate of cesarean delivery rate was 90.91%,the amniotic fluid pollution was 81.82%,the rate of fetal distress was 90.91%,and neonatal Apgar score was(6.68±0.54)points;Suspicious group cesarean delivery rate was 52.17%,amniotic fluid contamination rate was 47.83%,the rate of fetal distress(47.83%),neonatal Apgar score(8.02±0.88)points;Negative group cesarean delivery rate was 7.69%,amniotic fluid contamination rate was 10.26%,the rate of fetal distress(8.97%),neonatal Apgar score(9.06±0.95)points;Comparison between groups,established data statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal applied during fetal ECG monitoring in labor,is advantageous to the medical staff found that the presence of intrauterine fetus distress situation promptly,and adopt reasonable plan timely intervention,has a positive effect on pregnancy outcome,have clinical popularization using value.
