MRI在卵巢肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of MRI in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor

目的:探析MRI在卵巢肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床价值,为临床医师选择适合的影像学检查方法提供参考。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月凌源市中心医院收治的81例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有研究对象入院后均接受超声检查与MRI检查,比较两种影像学检查方法的诊断准确率以及不同类型病变的诊断情况。结果:患者接受MRI检查后的术前定位诊断准确率与良、恶性病变诊断准确率都要高于超声检查,各类型病变的诊断准确率也要高于超声检查,相关数据进行分析后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI在卵巢肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值较高,建议临床医师选择此影像学检查方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose suitable imaging examination methods.Methods:81 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to Lingyuan Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects.All the subjects were examined by ultrasonography and MRI after admission.The diagnostic accuracy of the two imaging methods and the diagnosis of different types of diseases were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of preoperative location diagnosis,benign and malignant lesions diagnosis after MRI examination were higher than that of ultrasound examination,and the accuracy rate of various types of lesions diagnosis was also higher than that of ultrasound examination.There was a statistically significant difference after the analysis of relevant data(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a high clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.It is suggested that clinicians choose this imaging method.
