动态心电图在40例冠心病心律失常治疗中的效果观察

The Effect of Dynamic Electrocardiogram on Arrhythmia in 40 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:结合临床实践,探寻冠心病心律失常有效的诊治方法。方法:随机从本院2019年1月~2020年2月治疗的冠心病心律失常病案中抽取80例,以选入组别的顺序分为两个小组,单数为对照组,偶数为观察组,其中对照组接受常规心电图检查,观察组接受动态心电图检查,对比两组检查情况。结果:观察组心肌缺血阳性率、心律失常率阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于冠心病心律失常,动态心电图辅助治疗尤为关键。

Objective:To explore the effective diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods:80 cases of coronary heart disease arrhythmia cases treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the order of the selected groups.The odd number was the control group,and the even number was the observation group.The control group received routine ECG examination,and the observation group received dynamic electrocardiogram examination.Results:The positive rates of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of cardiac function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,dynamic electrocardiogram auxiliary treatment is particularly important.
