应用彩色超声诊断仪器进行阴道超声联合腹部超声在异位妊娠诊断中效果分析

Application of Color Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探析对收治异位妊娠患者采取彩色超声诊断仪器做阴道超声、腹部超声联合检测的临床诊断效果。方法:分析对象为本院于2019年1月~2020年1月妇产科收治异位妊娠患者78例临床数据,所有患者在疑似异位妊娠后立即对其进行彩色超声诊断仪器阴道超声、腹部超声检查,对其临床检查所得数据进行整理分析,归纳阴道超声联合腹部超声检查手段对于此类患者的临床诊断效果。结果:相对于单纯进行腹部超声检查数据,联合阴道超声检查后对于患者的输卵管妊娠、腹腔妊娠检出率有显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查对于异位妊娠患者类型鉴别的检出率显著高于单纯阴道超声检测所得数据,有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合超声检测对异位妊娠检出率显著高于单纯腹部超声检查,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为临床收治异位妊娠产妇应用彩色超声诊断仪器进行阴道超声联合腹部超声检查能够进一步帮助医生判断患者异位妊娠的类型、所在部位,让后续治疗方案的制定更具针对性,对患者的健康及生活质量均有重要保障。

Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic effect of combined vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound with color ultrasound diagnostic equipment for patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The object of analysis was the clinical data of 78 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.All patients were treated with color ultrasound diagnostic equipment,vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound immediately after suspected ectopic pregnancy.Ultrasound examination is to organize and analyze the data obtained from the clinical examination,and summarize the clinical diagnosis effect of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound examination for such patients.Results:Compared with the data of abdominal ultrasound examination alone,combined with vaginal ultrasound examination,the detection rate of tubal pregnancy and abdominal pregnancy was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of combined examination for the type identification of ectopic pregnancy patients was significantly higher than the data obtained by pure vaginal ultrasound,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of combined ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy was significantly higher than that for abdominal ultrasound alone,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy,the application of color ultrasound diagnostic equipment for vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound examination can further help doctors to determine the type and location of ectopic pregnancy,make the follow-up treatment plan more targeted,and have an important guarantee for the health and quality of life of patients.
