心脏彩超在诊断多病因慢性心力衰竭时的临床应用分析

Clinical Application Analysis of Cardiac Super-color in the Diagnosis of Multiple Etiology Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探究心脏彩超检测方法使用于多病因慢性心力衰竭患者诊断中的价值。方法:对2018年1月~2019年12月本医院收入诊断的30例多病因慢性心力衰竭患者纳入试验组,并选择同期30例健康体检人员纳入参照组,各组均予以心脏彩超检测,对比左心房内径大小数值、左心室舒张末期内径大小数值、左室射血分数大小数值,总结试验组治疗之前和之后左室射血分数大小数值。结果:试验组左心房内径大小数值、左心室舒张末期内径大小数值、左室射血分数大小数值较参照组计算数据指标提升(P<0.05);左室射血分数指标偏低患者治疗之后左室射血分数大小数值相比于治疗之前提升(P<0.05)。结论:在多病因慢性心力衰竭患者诊断中选取心脏彩超检测方法展现良好诊断效果。

Objective:To explore the value of the cardiac color super-test method used in the diagnosis of patients with multiple etiology chronic heart failure.Methods:For January 2018-December 2019,the hospital income diagnosis of 30 patients with multiple etiology chronic heart failure into the test group,and selected 30 cases of health check-up series in the same period into the reference group,each group was given heart color super-test,compared with the left ventricular ventricular diameter size value,left ventricular diaphtial size,the value of the left ventricular blood fraction value,summarized the experimental group before and after the left ventralized blood fraction.Results:The value of the left atrial diameter,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group were higher than the calculated data in the reference group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction index was low after treatment.The value of ventricular ejection fraction increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of heart color super-test was chosen to show good diagnosis in the diagnosis of patients with multiple etiology chronic heart failure.
