一次性吸管在输尿管软镜碎石中的应用(附27例报告)

Application of Disposable Suction Tube Inflexible Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy(Report of 27 Cases)

目的:探讨输尿管软镜碎石因置鞘困难,为避免无鞘辅助下碎石,采用一次性吸管置入输尿管下段进行软镜碎石的可行性。方法:回顾性分析2016年12月~2019年3月因输尿管软镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石中发生置鞘困难的27例患者的临床资料。结果:在27例中,采用一次性吸管置入输尿管下段,进行输尿管软镜碎石取石,成功16例(59.26%),留置双J管改期手术9例(37.04%),改行经皮肾镜取石术2例(7.41%)。结论:输尿管异常可致软镜置鞘困难,选择一次性吸管置入输尿管下段,避免输尿管软镜无鞘辅助下碎石,提高手术效率,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the difficulty of sheath placement in flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.To avoid sheathless lithotripsy,Feasibility of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy with disposable suction tube in lower ureter.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 27 cases with difficulty in sheathing due to flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi from December 2016 to March 2019.Results:Among the 27 cases,16 cases(59.26%)were successfully treated with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy with disposable suction tube placed in the lower segment of the ureter.9 cases(37.04%)with double J catheter and 2 cases(7.41%)with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Conclusion:Abnormal ureter can cause difficulty in sheath insertion.Choosing disposable suction tube to insert the lower segment of ureter can avoid lithotripsy under unsheathed,improve operation efficiency and reduce complications.
