骨科医保患者植入性医用耗材使用分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Use of Implantable Medical Consumables in Orthopedic Medical Insurance Patients

目的:对骨科医保患者适宜植入性耗材实施规范,保证患者最大的利益。方法:统计并分析本院2019年全年骨科使用植入性耗材的情况。结果:医疗总费用中进口的植入性耗材占比分别为40.9%、28.1%、46.0%、39.4%,较平均值31.2%高,国产耗材占医疗总费用的比例分别为39.4%、26.3%、31.5%。分析费用的角度,自费比例情况:进口耗材分别为46.3%、45.6%、44.3%、49.9%、46.5%;国产为30.4%。结论:经强化培训力度,采购审批严谨的程序,强化安全认证,加大监管院内的力度,将规范化管理的制度全员推行,强化耗材的管理,使患者最大的利益得到保证。

Objective:To implement specifications for the appropriate implant consumables for orthopedic medical insurance patients,so as to ensure the maximum benefit of patients.Methods:Statistics and analysis were made on the use of implant consumables in the department of orthopedics in 2019.Results:The proportion of imported implantable consumables in the total medical expenses was 40.9%,28.1%,46.0%and 39.4%,higher than the average of 31.2%.The proportion of domestic consumables in the total medical expenses was 39.4%,26.3%and 31.5%,respectively.The situation of self-expense ratio:imported consumables are 46.3%,45.6%,44.3%,49.9%and 46.5%respectively;Domestic production was 30.4%.Conclusion:Through intensive training,rigorous procedures of procurement approval,the standardized management system will be fully implemented,and the management of consumables will be strengthened,so as to ensure the maximum interests of patients.
