新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医学生与非医学生心理健康状况

2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)associated mental health among medical students and non-medical students

目的:比较新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情影响下非医学生和医学生抑郁、焦虑及心理压力方面的差异。方法:对6636名非医学生和1197名医学生进行调查,采用PHQ-9评估抑郁情况,GAD-7评估焦虑情况,CPSS评估心理压力情况。结果:两组学生PHQ-9总分存在统计学差异(t=2.184,P<0.05),在不同程度抑郁的构成比方面存在统计差异(Z=-2.084,P<0.05);两组学生GAD-7总分存在统计学差异(t=2.943,P<0.01),在不同程度焦虑的构成比方面也存在统计差异(Z=-3.182,P<0.01);两组学生在CPSS总分(t=-1.131,P>0.05)、健康危险压力(χ^2=1.643,P>0.05)方面均无统计差异。结论:在新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情下,非医学生抑郁、焦虑表现更为明显,需及早介入心理或精神卫生专业干预治疗。

Objective:To compare the 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)associated anxiety,depressive status and psychological stress between medical students and non-medical students.Methods:There were 6636 non-medical students and 1197 medical students answered the predesigned questionnaire.The depressive symptoms were assessed by PHQ-9,the anxiety symptoms were assessed by GAD-7,and the psychological stress was assessed by CPSS.Results:The PHQ-9 scores between the two groups showed significant differences(t=2.184,P<0.05),and the depression levels also showed significant differences(Z=-2.084,P<0.05).The GAD-7 scores between the two groups showed significant differences(t=2.943,P<0.01),and the anxiety levels also showed significant differences(Z=-3.182,P<0.01).There were no differences for CPSS scores(P>0.05)or health risk stress(P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:During the 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)outbreak,both of the medical and the non-medical students show the significant depression,anxiety and the psychological stress,especially for the non-medical students.So the psychological or psychiatric intervention should be involved as soon as possible.
