高中生心理韧性在学习压力与学习倦怠的中介作用 被引量:21

Mediating effects of resilience on relationship between study stress and learning burnout among high school students

摘要 目的:探索高中生心理韧性在学习压力与学习倦怠间的中介作用,及此作用在不同性别群体中的差异性,为缓解高中生学习倦怠的干预提供理论依据。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,随机选择湖南省6所高中学校的831名高中生作为研究对象,以青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)、中学生学习压力问卷和中学生学习倦怠问卷为研究工具进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:(1)不同性别高中生的学习压力中的父母压力(t=3.921)、自我压力(t=-6.453)和教师压力(t=2.156)维度存在差异;心理韧性中的个人力维度的情绪控制因子(t=4.745),以及支持力的家庭支持(t=-2.179)和人际协助(t=-5.610)均存在差异;学习倦怠4个维度生理耗竭(t=-2.986)、情绪耗竭(t=-2.691)、师生耗竭(t=3.021)和学习低效能(t=3.458)均有差异,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)高中生心理韧性、学习压力和学习倦怠呈两两显著相关(r=-0.481,-0.486,0.463;P<0.01),心理韧性在学习压力与学习倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的35.5%(P<0.001);(3)心理韧性的中介作用存在性别差异,女性群体中心理韧性的中介作用显著高于男生群体,说明性别对此中介效应存在调节作用。结论:高中生心理韧性在学习压力与学习倦怠间起部分中介作用,此中介作用在女生群体的效应高于男生群体。 Objective:To explore the mediating effects of resilience on relationship between study stress and learning burnout among high school students.Methods:Totally 831 high school students in Hunan province were investigated with Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent,Study stress Questionnaire and Learning burnout questionnaire for adolescent.The survey results were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)The emotional control(t=4.745),family support(t=-2.179)and interpersonal assist(t=-5.610),and the pressures from families(t=3.921),self(t=-6.453)and teacher s(t=2.156);and four dimensions of learning burnout were significantly different between male and female students(t=-2.986,-2.691,3.021,3.458;P<0.05);(2)High school students resilience,study stress and learning burnout showed significant correlation in pairs(r=-0.481,-0.486,0.463;P<0.01).Resilience played as a mediator between study stress and learning burnout,and the mediating effect accounted 35.5%for the total effect(P<0.001);(3)The mediating effect of resilience was different between male and female students,and the mediating effect in female group was significantly higher than that in male group,indicating that gender had a moderating effect on this mediating effect.Conclusion:High school students’resilience plays a mediator between study stress and learning burnout,and this mediating effect is higher on female students than that on male students.
