Innovation and Exploration of the Mechanisms of Ideological and Political Works for Higher Art School’s Non-party Intellectuals in the New Era

从做好新时代高校统一战线工作,落实立德树人根本任务,传承弘扬优良办学传统,实现自我发展需求四个方面阐述了新时代加强高等艺术院校党外知识分子思想政治工作的重要性,深入分析了高等艺术院校党外知识分子的思想政治状况及思想政治工作面临的主要问题,并从积极构建组织领导机制、教育引领机制、关怀激励机制三个方面,论述了如何创新思想政治工作体制机制,不断提高党外知识分子思想政治工作水平。

This article elaborates the importance of ideological and political works for higher art school’s non-party intellectuals in the new era in the following four aspects:accomplishing the united front works of institutions of higher education in the new era,implementing the fundamental mission of strengthening morality education,promoting the tradition of excellence in education,and fulfilling self-development needs.This article analyzes in depth the ideological and political conditions of higher art school’s non-party intellectuals and studies the major issues facing the ideological and political works of such individuals.Finally,this article elaborates on how to create innovative mechanism for ideological and political works and how to constantly improve the quality of such works on high art school’s non-party intellectuals,through active establishment of the following three mechanisms:organizational leadership mechanisms,education and guidance mechanisms,caring and motivation mechanisms.
