摘要
某厂1 000 MW二次再热超超临界机组由于其锅炉和汽轮机设计匹配问题,导致该机组无法采用常规方式进行汽门活动试验,通过摸索,采用了提前开启旁路系统来配合试验过程的方案,保证了试验的顺利进行。文章对汽轮机汽门活动试验及机炉间的协调与配合做了详细分析和归纳,并提出了个人意见和探讨,对将来同类型机组的设计、安装及调试等工作提供了一定的经验以供借鉴。
Due to the design matching problem between the boiler and the steam turbine of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit with secondary reheat,the steam valve activity test of the unit can not be carried out in the conventional way.Through exploration,the bypass system is opened in advance to cooperate with the test process to ensure the smooth progress of the test.This paper provides some reference and experience for the design,installation and commissioning of the same type of units,especially analyzes and summarizes the steam valve activity test of the same type unit and the coordination and cooperation between the turbine and the boiler,and puts forward some discussions and personal opinions.
