利用碱基干粉降低空预器堵塞现象的探究

摘要 近些年,国内燃煤机组因为效益和环保等因素的需要,开始掺烧经济煤种和干化污泥。在此条件下,机组炉膛出口烟气的SO_x含量经常处于较高水平,此类工况给硫酸氢铵的生成提供了有利条件,空预器也会在一段时间的积累后发生堵塞现象,给机组的安全、经济运行带来了很多困难。分析空预器堵塞的起因,寻找、比较脱除SO_3的办法,并阐述碱基干粉种类的选择、分析其对机组运行的影响和实际运用的效果,对解决燃煤机组空预器堵塞现象起到一定的借鉴和示范作用。 In recent years,domestic coal-fired units began to burn a large number of economic coal and dried sludge because of the needs of efficiency and environmental protection.Under such conditions,the SOx content of flue gas at the outlet of the unit furnace is often at a high level,which provides favorable conditions for the generation of ammonium bisulfate,and the air preheater will also block after a period of accumulation,which brings many difficulties to the safe and economic operation of the unit.This thesis mainly analyzes the causes of air preheater clogging,looking for ways to remove SO3,and elaborates the selection of alkali-base dry powder,its influence on operation and the effect of practical application,hoping to play a certain reference and demonstration role in solving the blockage phenomenon of air preheater in coal-fired units.
