Practice of Opening and Fast Reaching Capacity of 1080 m^3 Blast Furnace for Anhui Changjiang SteeL

长钢1号高炉(1080 m^3)因炉缸侵蚀,2019年2月20日停炉中修,同年5月8日开炉,5月11日产量达到3450 t/d,高炉炉况稳定顺行,送风参数稳定在风量2920 m^3/min,风压340 Kpa,为之后的强化冶炼打下了良好的基础。

The No.1 blast furnace(1080 m^3)of ChangJiang Steel Co.,Ltd.was shut down and repaired on February 20,2019 due to hearth erosion,and the furnace was opened on May 8 of the same year.The output reached 3450 t/d on May 11th.The blast furnace condition was stable and smooth,and the air supply parameters were stable at 2920 m^3/min and 340 Kpa,which laid a good foundation for the subsequent intensified smelting.
