摘要
机床刀架应用耐磨涂层技术与INA(RUS滑动轴承)制作滑动摩擦副,由于机床刀架耐磨涂层开裂、剥落等状况导致摩擦力增大引起刀架爬行,通过耐磨涂层修复技术实际应用,恢复刀架几何精度。文章以525机床刀架为例,介绍了耐磨涂层修复工艺,达到了修理的目的。
wear-resisting coating technology and machine tool slide INA(RUS sliding bearing)make sliding friction pair,such as wear-resistant coating cracking,peeling machine tool slide leads to increase the friction caused by tool carrier,through practical application of wear resistant coating repair technology,restore tool post geometric accuracy.Article 525 machine tool post,for example,the paper introduces the wear-resisting coating repair process,achieve the goal of the repair.
