摘要
采用火花放电原子发射光谱法测定低合金钢中元素锡和砷的含量,建立了相应的数学模型,并完成了元素锡和砷测量过程中所引入的不确定度分量评定。结果显示:影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素包括了测量重复性引入的不确定度,标准物质引入的不确定度,被测样品基体不一致引入的不确定度等等。
This paper introduces the analysis of tin and arsenic content in low alloy steel,established mathematical model,and the uncertainty of determination of tin and arsenic element values assessed separately.The Results show that the main uncertainty affecting the measurement results are the uncertainty of measurement repeatability,the uncertainty of atandard substance,the uncertainty caused by inconsistent of the sample matrix to be tested and so on.the method is also suitable for the evaluation of other elements in Low Alloy steel.
