摘要 全球化唤全球教师,全球教师是未来教师发展的方向之一。有质量的全球教师不仅是适应时代发展、培养具有国际竞争力的人才与全球公民的基本要求,还是满足教师本身的需要,应对新的教学需求的实然诉求。如何推动全球教师教育的有效开展,是当前亟需关注的问题。全球教师教育应秉持开放包容的心态,切实地适应教师的实际需求,启发教师的专业自觉,满足教师的人文需求。 Globalization calls for global teachers.Global teachers are one of the development directions of future teachers,and training global teachers is the call of The Times.Training global teachers is to meet the new teaching needs,meet the needs of teachers themselves,and cultivate internationally competitive talents and global citizens.How to promote the effective implementation of global teacher education is an urgent issue.Global teacher education should be open and inclusive,adapt to teachers'actual needs,inspire teachers'professional consciousness and meet teachers'humanistic needs.
