新形势下加强国有企业党建工作的应对措施

Solutions of Strength the Party Building of the State-owned Enterprises Under the New Realiities

国有企业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱,是中国共产党执政的重要基础。党建工作与企业的改革发展是一脉相承、密不可分,加强国有企业党的建设,不断发挥党组织政治核心作用,创新党建工作的方式与策略,才能使党建工作真正成为推动企业经济发展与服务群众的有效形式,才能更好的促进企业全面改革,提升经营、创造效益,提高企业市场竞争力和抗风险能力,使企业在激烈市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文主要表述新形势下基层党建工作中存在的一些问题以及如何解决问题,以期为今后开展好基层党建工作提供借鉴作用。

In this article,the author aims at the problems existing in the grass-roots party construction work under the new situation and the countermeasures which are supposed to be taken in order to provide more reference for the grass-roots party construction work in the future.State-owned enterprises are an important pillar of China’s national economic development,which is the foundation for the Chinese Communist Party.Party construction is closely connected with the reform development of the enterprise.Strengthening the building of the Party in the state-owned enterprises,playing a role of party organizations in the political core and innovating the way and strategy in the party construction could help party construction promote enterprises an effective form of economic development and services to the masses and better promote the enterprise to comprehensive reform,improve management,create efficiency,improve the enterprise market competitiveness and ability to resist risks.
