新时代领导干部提升法治思维能力的路径探析

领导干部是一个国家、一个地区、一个单位、一个集体的“火车头”和“领头雁”,其法治思维如何,直接关系经济社会发展和稳定的大局。领导干部坚持依法办事、依法行政,提升运用法治思维能力,有效化解矛盾,实现社会各项事务的法治化,是新时代领导干部必须具备的能力之一。领导干部提升法治思维能力要从以下几个方面着手:敬畏法律、带头学法、带头遵纪守法、带头践行法治、倡导契约精神和加大法治考核力度。

Thinking is an important guarantee of the rule of law under the rule of law,the leading cadres is the key to the overall governing the country according to law,is a country,a region,a unit,a collective“locomotive”and the“leader”,their thinking,the rule of law under the rule of law,comprehensively deepen has a close relationship with the overall situation of reform,maintaining social stability.It is one of the abilities that leading cadres must have in the new era to persist in handling affairs and administration in accordance with the law,enhance their ability to use the rule of law thinking,effectively resolve conflicts,and realize the rule of law in all social affairs.Leading cadres should start from the following aspects to improve their thinking ability of the rule of law:respecting the law,taking the lead in studying the law,abiding by discipline and law,practicing the rule of law,advocating the spirit of contract,establishing the assessment mechanism and strengthening the assessment of the rule of law.
