摘要
在北方野外铀矿场进行铀矿地浸生产井清洗作业时,由于地面坑洼不平、坡度等,车辆的作业平台达不到车载清洗设备作业要求。因此,依据矿场现场生产环境要求,设计出一种可满足车载作业平台液压支撑调平结构,通过SolidWorks软件建立液压调平支撑结构的三维模型。使用Ansys Workbench软件进行静力分析,得到液压支撑结构的应力应变结果,并根据分析结果优化模型,验证该液压支撑结构的安全性和可行性,为试验的样机提供了理论参考。
During the uranium leaching well cleaning operation in the field uranium mine in north China,the operation platform of vehicles cannot meet the operation requirements of vehicle-mounted cleaning equipment due to uneven ground and slope.Therefore,according to the requirements of field production environment,a kind of hydraulic support leveling structure that can meet the requirements of vehicle-mounted operating platform is designed in this paper,and the 3D model of hydraulic support leveling structure is established by SolidWorks software.The Ansys Workbench software is used for static analysis to obtain the stress-strain results of the hydraulic support structure,and the model is then optimized according to the analysis results;the safety and feasibility of the hydraulic support structure is verified in this paper,and thus it would provide a theoretical reference for the test prototype.
