天线支座方位轴瞬态动力学分析

摘要 基于瞬态动力学理论,以某天线支座方位轴为研究对象,分析结构在冲击载荷作用下的瞬态响应,分析后,提取方位轴上部分关键位置的应力-时间曲线。从分析结果可以看出,在冲击载荷作用下,方位轴的应力值会随时间发生变化,其较大峰值出现在加载的初始时刻和冲击载荷离开的时刻。在考虑分析载荷和转速工况下,方位轴的应力最大值会随冲击载荷的增加而增大,随转速的增加而降低。分析结果为该方位轴的动态特性研究提供了数据参考。 Based on the theory of transient dynamics,taking the azimuth axis of an antenna support as the research object,the transient response of structure under the impact load is analyzed in this article.After the analysis,the stress-time curve of some key positions on the azimuth axis is extracted.It is concluded that the stress value of azimuth axis will change with time under the impact load,and the larger peak appears at the initial moment of loading and the moment when the impact load leaves.Under the condition of analytical load and rotational speed considered in this paper,the maximum stress of azimuth axis will increase with the increase of impact load and decrease with the increase of rotating speed.The analysis results provide data reference for study of the dynamic characteristics of the azimuth axis.
