摘要
针对核电站乏燃料水池底板渗漏需水下在役修复焊缝裂纹的实际需求,开发了一种桁架式基于激光焊接技术的水下局部干法焊缝修复系统。系统的执行机构由可精确定位的支承组件和以激光器为主体的焊接组件构成。通过排水气罩的研发,激光光路的设计及控制系统的开发,实现了对水下环境焊缝的自动识别,系统能自主按识别路径对焊缝进行熔覆修复。试验结果表明系统运行稳定,运行精度高,焊缝成形质量好,能满足预期要求。
In order to meet the need of repairing weld cracks of spent fuel storage pool's floor in nuclear power plants,a local dry underwater welding system based on laser technology was developed.The actuator of the system is composed of a support assembly which can be accurately positioned and a welding component with a laser as the main body.Through research of the drainage hood,design of the laser light path and development of control system,the automatic identification of underwater environment welding seam is realized,it could automatically execute laser cladding according to the identification path.The test results show that the system has stable operation,high precision and good weld forming quality,which can satisfy the expected requirements.
