摘要 为研究轮轴配合中过盈量、摩擦系数、注油槽对轮对压装的影响,以CRH380B动车组轮对为研究对象,利用Hypermesh划分网格,通过ABAQUS完成轮对压装过程仿真。结果表明:最大允许配合过盈量下压装强度满足要求;不同过盈量下应力逐渐增加且轮轴上应力分布趋势不变,摩擦系数和过盈量对压装过程影响显著;注油槽处出现应力集中,压装曲线趋势变化不大。 In order to study the influence of interference,friction coefficient and oil filling tank on the wheel-set press,the CRH380B EMU wheel-set is used as the research object,the Hypermesh is used to complete the mesh division,and the simulation is done by ABAQUS.The results show that the press-fit strength meets the requirements under the maximum allowable interference;the stress of different interference increases gradually and the stress distribution on the axle does not change,the friction coefficient and the interference have a significant effect on the press-fit process.Stress concentration occurs at the oil filling tank,and the trend of the press-fit curve does not change much.
