摘要
设计了一种纸币熨叠机落钞顺钞机构,采用有限元方法,基于LS-DYNA软件对落钞顺钞进行了动力学仿真,并制作了物理样机进行了纸币零钞落钞顺钞试验。结果表明,落钞顺钞动力学仿真结果与试验结果一致,设计的落钞顺钞机构实现了落钞顺钞功能,解决了大量散乱零钞整理时的叠钞、顺钞问题,促进了纸币熨叠机的推广应用,同时为相关功能的机构设计提供了思路和方法。
In this paper,a type of banknotes falling-sorting mechanism for the paper money ironing-stacking machine was designed;by means of the finite element method,the dynamics simulation of banknotes falling and sorting were carried out based on the LS-DYNA software,and a physical prototype was designed and manufactured to conduct the banknotes falling and sorting tests.The results show that the simulation calculation results are consistent with the test results;the designed mechanism could realize the function of banknotes falling and sorting,which could solve the problem of stacking and sorting banknotes while counting the scattered banknotes,and could promote popularization and application of paper money ironing-stacking machine.Thus the research would provide ideas and methods for designing mechanism with the related functions.
