离心风机选型CAD系统中性能曲线库的建立与使用

摘要 建立离心风机选型CAD系统,可以将技术人员从繁复冗杂的工作中解放出来,提高选型效率和质量。选型环节中依据相似理论设计风机气动结构尺寸需要查询无因次性能曲线。分析了曲线的拟合精度对选型结果的影响,面向CAD系统中曲线库的调用形式,研究了基于TableCurve2D的经验公式、基于MATLAB的三次样条和保形插值的高精度曲线库的建立方法和编程技巧。最后通过使用实例说明三种曲线库的差异不会对选型结果产生本质上的影响,三种曲线库都具有实用价值。 The establishment of centrifugal fan selection CAD system can free technicians from the complicated and miscellaneous work and improve the selection efficiency and quality.In the selection process,dimensionless performance curve should be inquired to design the aerodynamic structure size of the fan according to the similarity theory.This paper analyzes the influence of curve fitting accuracy on selection results and the call form of curve library in CAD system;meanwhile,this paper studies the establishment method and programming skill of high precision curve library based on the TableCurve2D empirical formula,the MATLAB cubic spline and the conformal interpolation.Finally,an example is given to show that the difference of three kinds of curve libraries will not have an essential effect on the selection result,and all of them are of practical value.
