姬塬油田地面聚垢器研制与应用

摘要 针对姬塬油田站点和管线结垢严重的问题,开展了结垢机理分析,结合成垢特征,研制了用于地面集输系统除垢的聚垢器,聚垢器运用晶种吸附催化成垢理论,采用物理手段,按照集中诱导结垢原理,使成垢离子在系统前端快速结垢,防止在系统后端设备、管路结垢。现场应用表明:成垢离子浓度由9000下降至4950 mg/L,成垢离子去除率达45%,聚垢器后端结垢周期由3个月延长至10个月,与高压脉冲清垢、更换管线相比,年维护费用分别节约7.8万、15.8万。 In view of the serious scaling problem in Jiyuan oilfield,the scaling mechanism analysis was carried out;and combined with the scaling characteristics,a scale collector for surface gathering and transportation system was developed in this paper.In the surface scale collector,the crystal seed adsorption catalytic scaling theory is used;applying the physical means and according to the principle of centralized induced scaling,the scaling ions were quickly scaled in the front end of the system to prevent scaling of the equipment and pipes at the back end of the system.The field application shows that the removal rate of scaling ion is 45%,the concentration of scaling ion is decreased from 9000 to 4950 mg/L,and the scaling cycle at the back end of the scale collector is extended from 3 to 10 months.Compared with the high-pressure pulse cleaning and the pipeline replacement,the annual maintenance cost can be saved 78000 yuan and 158000 yuan respectively.
