Motion Simulation of Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanism

摘要 低压断路器操作机构全运动过程相关参数获取较为复杂,利用虚拟样机对其进行动力学仿真,并使用断路器操作机构的实测数据对照修正仿真模型,最终获取现有产品的完整运动过程数据。实测和仿真结果对标表明,动力学仿真得到的数据误差小,可以获取操作机构运动过程的各个参数且为在实际中的产品进一步优化提供理论依据。 It is more complicated to obtain the relevant parameters in the whole movement process of the low-voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism.The virtual prototype is used for dynamic simulation,and the easy-to-obtained actual measurement has been compared with the corrected simulation model to finally obtain the complete movement process data of the existing product.The benchmarking of actual measurement and simulation results shows that the data obtained by the dynamic simulation has small error;thus it can obtain various parameters during the motion process of the operating mechanism and provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of products in practice.
