车床进给箱英制传动系统优化设计

Optimum Design and Calculation of Transmission System for Feed Lathe

针对普通卧式车床车削英制螺纹精度不高问题,采取优化车床进给箱中英制系统传动链,通过计算、设计齿轮传动副,提高英制系统传动精度。最终使普通级卧式车床能够达到车削精密级英制螺纹要求。

In this paper,aimming at the problem that precision of the inch screw thread in the ordinary horizontal lathe is low,the drive chain of inch system in feed box of lathe is optimized,and the drive precision of inch system is improved by calculating and designing the gear pair.Finally,the ordinary horizontal lathe can meet the requirements of turning precision inch thread.
