离心式水泵故障维修及密封性问题探讨 被引量:2

摘要 离心式水泵是工业生产中常用的设备,介绍了离心式水泵的结构和工作原理,针对常见离心式水泵存在的各类故障问题进行探讨和研究,提出了相应维修举措。同时针对密封性问题进行分析总结,提出相应的解决方法,通过实践应用,达到了提高离心式水泵工作效率,降低故障的效果,对相关行业技术应用有一定的参考价值。 The centrifugal pump is commonly used in the industrial production;in this paper,structure and working principle of the centrifugal pump are introduced,the various faults in common centrifugal pumps are discussed and studied,and the corresponding maintenance measures are then put forward.At the same time,the sealing problem is analyzed and summarized,and the corresponding solutions are also proposed.Through the practical application,it can improve the working efficiency of centrifugal pumps and reduce the failure,which has certain reference value for the application of relevant industry technology.
