摘要
青麦仁脱壳技术一直是制约青麦仁产业发展的瓶颈。通过结合青麦仁脱壳作业的发展、脱壳特性的相关研究和脱壳装备的研究现状,提出了青麦仁脱壳装备设计开发方案并实施应用,指出了青麦仁脱壳技术发展对策,旨在对青麦仁加工产业及进一步研究青麦仁脱壳机械提供参考。
The hulling technology of green wheat kernel has always been the bottleneck restricting the development of green wheat kernel industry.In this paper,combining the development of green wheat kernel hulling operation,the related research on the hulling characteristics and research status of the hulling equipment,the design and development scheme of the hulling equipment for green wheat kernel and its application are put forward,and then the development countermeasures of the hulling technology are pointed out,so as to provide references for the processing industry and further research on the hulling machinery of green wheat kernel.
