摘要
针对金属材料试验应用领域广大企业科技工作者对高端科研设备功能了解不全面的现状,介绍了扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、金属原位分析仪和热模拟试验机四种典型设备的功能特点及实践运用现状。通过对这些大型高端科研设备在当前科研与生产中的应用情况介绍,为广大技术人员提高协同运用多种设备分析解决实际问题的能力提供借鉴参考。
Focusing on the problems of scientific and technological workers in the field of metal material experimental research do not fully understand the functions of scientific research equipment,this paper introduces the function of scan electron microscope(SEM),confocal scan laser microscope(CSLM),original position analyzer for metal(OPA),thermal/mechanical simulator-Gleeble3800,then represents the tests on the pruducts and application in scientific research.Through introducing application of the large-scale high-end scientific research equipment in current scientific research and production,the ability of workers to analyze and solve practical problems in collaboration with the multiple equipment is improved.
