摘要
研究了甲基磺酸在蓝湿革酸洗-铬复鞣工序中的应用对铬复鞣效果及成革性能的影响,并与常规甲酸酸洗工艺进行了对比。结果表明:在蓝湿革铬复鞣过程中,用甲基磺酸及其钠盐替代甲酸及甲酸钠能有效促进铬在蓝湿革各部位的吸收性能,使铬吸收率由常规工艺的73.6%提高到93.9%,废液中铬浓度降低到175 mg/L左右,提高铬复鞣蓝湿革内铬分布的均匀性,促进鞣后加脂剂等材料的均匀渗透和分布,改善坯革胶原纤维的松散均匀性。
;The effects of methanesulfonic acid on the chrome retanning and the properties of crust leather were in-vestigated and compared with conventional technology.The results indicate that the application of methanesulfonicacid and sodium methyl-sulfonate to substitute formic acid and sodium formate in chrome retanning operation can pro-mote the penetration,absorption and combination of chrome in wet-blue.The residual Cr concentration in the spentliquor of chrome retanning is decreased to 175 mg/L,the absorption rate is increased to 93.9%from 73.6%.At thesame time,the evenness of chromium distribution in chrome retanned leather is improved,which help to improve theorganoleptic properties of crust leather by promote the permeation and absorption of fatliquor.
