摘要
提升高校学生创新创业能力和培养拔尖创新人才是适应知识型经济时代对人才培养要求的有效途径。基于陕西科技大学的办学特色和学科发展需求,针对轻化工程专业目前在拔尖创新人才培养方面的现状,提出了融合创新创业教育与科研团队建设的拔尖创新人才新模式,以解决在该专业拔尖创新人才培养过程中培养机制不完善、培养过程系统性和科学性有限、科研-教学资源平台和科研团队师资融合度不高等问题。实践结果表明,该模式可显著提升轻化工程专业学生的科研创新能力,并为形成具有科研团队特色的拔尖创新人才培养模式提供新途径。
Improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students and cultivating their outstanding innovative talents are the effective approaches to meet the requirements of knowledge economy for talents.Based on the schooling characteristic and discipline development demands of Shaanxi University of Science&Technology,cultivating mode of outstanding innovative talents for major of light chemistry engineering by integrating the innovation and entrepreneurship education with scientific research team construction has been proposed focusing on current situation of talent training.The aim is to solve the problems of imperfect cultivation mechanisms,systematical and scientific limitations in cultivation process,as well as low involvement of scientific research-teaching platform and teachers in scientific research team.The results indicate that the mode can markedly enhance the scientific research innovation ability of undergraduate students of major of light chemistry engineering,thus providing new approach for the establishment of mode of outstanding innovative talents with the characteristic of scientific research team.
