摘要
DKD是DM常见微血管病变,是终末期肾病的主要原因,已成为全球严重的公共卫生问题。自噬是细胞应对各种压力的自我保护,去除蛋白质聚集物和受损细胞器以维持细胞内平衡。作为重要的应激反应机制,自噬参与多种疾病的发病机制并调控信号通路。足细胞自噬参与DKD的发生发展,可作为新的治疗靶点。本文就影响DKD足细胞自噬的相关物质进行综述。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common microangiopathy of diabetes mellitus,which is the main cause of end-stage renal disease,and has become a serious global public health problem.Autophagy is the self-protection of cells to deal with various stresses.It can remove protein aggregates and damaged organelles to maintain the intracellular balance.As an important stress response mechanism,autophagy is involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases and the regulation of signal pathways.Podocyte autophagy is involved in the development of DKD,which can be used as a new therapeutic target.This article reviews the related substances that affect the autophagy of DKD podocytes.
