数据驱动的中美区块链专利发展比较研究

摘要 以SIPO专利数据库数据为基础,利用网站的专利分析子系统和Excel数据分析软件,从专利创新整体状况、创新主体、创新领域和创新地域四个维度对中美两国区块链发展进行定量分析,得出中美两国区块链专利申请均处于快速发展阶段。中国起步较晚,但数量增长快;两国创新主体均为企业;中国专利更多分布于应用领域,核心技术领域不如美国多;美国创新地域分布更加国际化,中国以国内企业为主,已形成"北深杭上"新格局。最后,对中国的区块链专利发展提出四点建议。 Based on SIPO patent database, with the patent analysis subsystem provided by the website and Excel data analysis software,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the development of blockchain between China and the United States from the four dimensions of the overall situations, subjects, fields and regions of innovation. It concludes that China-US blockchain patent applications are both at a rapid development stage. China started late, but the number is growing rapidly. The innovation agents in both countries are enterprises. Patents in China are more distributed in the application fields, and the core technology fields are more in the United States. The regional distribution of innovation in the United States is more international. The applicants in the United States are more international. China is dominated by domestic enterprises,which has formed a new pattern of "Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Shanghai". Four suggestions are put forward for the development of blockchain patents in China.
