摘要
DEAD-box RNA解旋酶(DEAD-box helicase,DDX)参与RNA代谢的各个过程,包括基因转录、前体RNA剪切、mRNA转运和翻译、核糖体合成以及miRNA的调控等。DDX家族成员的突变对RNA代谢的影响可导致一系列疾病的产生。DEAD-box RNA解旋酶41(DDX41)是DDX家族的一个重要成员,该分子是剪切复合体的一个重要组成成分,其突变可导致个体出现骨髓增生异常综合征,进而导致急性髓系淋巴细胞白血病这一血液恶性肿瘤的出现,严重影响患者的生存和预后。本文就DDX41在上述血液恶性肿瘤中的作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
DEAD-box RNA helicase(DDX)takes part in several RNA metabolism progresses,which involves in the transcription,splicing,transfer of mRNA,translation,synthesis of ribosome and regulation of miRNA.The mutation of the members can result in the pathogenesis of a series of diseases.As a major member of DDX family and a key component of splicesome,the mutation of DDX41 causes the ontogenetic abnormality and myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS),as well as acute myeloid leukemia(AML),one of the hematological malignancies,which affects the survival and causes unfavourable prognosis of patients with tumors.This paper reviews the action mechanisms of DDX41 in hematological malignancy.
