"孔府菜"又被称为"天下第一菜",是遵循孔子"食不厌精,脍不厌细"的遗训,由孔府历代名厨精心创制、逐渐形成的一种具有独特风味的典型官府菜。自春秋末年以来,孔府菜代代相传,并且日益丰富,这其中,就有孔府菜烹饪技艺传承人鲍玉东的一份贡献。从业30余年来,鲍玉东忠实挖掘、整理孔府菜的烹饪技艺与饮食文化,心无旁骛地还原一道又一道正宗、惊艳世人的传统孔府名菜。
