Change and Evolution:The Progress of CPC’s Policies towards Nationalists over the Past 100 Years

自20世纪20年代以来,中国少数民族和民族地区的经济社会处在快速的流变之中,具体体现在民族问题、民族关系、民族发展等方面。与诸多民族事象、民族事务流变相对应的是民族政策的演化,尤其是中华人民共和国成立以来,民族政策的精准性、针对性不断提升,实现了从政治政策、民族关系政策为重向经济政策、社会发展政策为重的演化,从群体政策向区域差别化政策的演化。流变与演化中凸显出的公平、正义、均衡、发展,则是中国共产党民族政策百年俱进的主旋律。

Since the 1920s,the economy and society of China’s ethnic minorities and ethnic regions have been undergoing rapid changes,which are embodied in ethnic problems,ethnic relations,ethnic development,etc..Corresponding to the evolution of policies towards nationalities,especially since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the accuracy and pertinence of the policies have been continuously improved,thus realizing the evolution from political policies and ethnic relations policies to economic policies and social development policies,and the evolution of group policy to regional differentiation policy.The fairness,justice,balance,and development highlighted in the evolution are the main themes of policies towards nationalities of CPC over the past 100 years.
