摘要 成骨细胞分化和骨形成是涉及多种信号蛋白和转录因子的复杂过程,Osterix作为成骨细胞特异性转录因子,在该过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。近年来,对细胞模型中Osterix相关分子机制的探索和构建动物模型研究其功能,均取得了许多新进展。通过深入研究Osterix表达与调控,寻找更多新靶点,对临床精准治疗骨相关疾病具有重要意义。同时,Osterix在骨组织工程方面的作用亦不容小觑,明确Osterix的各种上下游因子和信号通路,可推动骨组织修复工程技术革命性的发展。鉴于Osterix基因在骨形成中的关键作用,进一步探索其分子结构、功能、表达调控及其相关疾病显得尤为重要,本文就其相关研究进展作一综述。 Osteoblast differentiation and bone formation are complex processes involving multiple signaling proteins and transcription factors.Osterix,an osteoblast-specific transcription factor,plays a crucial role in those processes.In recent years,many new advances have been made through exploring osterix-related molecular mechanisms in cell models and studying the function of osterix in animal models.The in-depth research on osterix expression and regulation is of great significance to find more new targets for precise treatment of bone-related diseases.In addition,osterix plays an important role in bone tissue engineering.The identification of the upstream and downstream factors and signaling pathways of osterix can promote the revolutionary development of bone tissue repair engineering.Given the key role of osterix gene in bone formation,it is particularly important to further explore its molecular structure,function,expression regulation and related diseases.This article reviews the research progress of osterix.
