微型穿孔术加速正畸牙移动的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 正畸治疗中牙齿移动时间越长,牙根吸收的机会就越大;同时治疗持续时间过长会影响患者对正畸治疗的依从性和满意度。如何加速正畸牙齿移动速度以缩短治疗时间是亟需解决的问题。临床上有效的手段是采用手术方法破坏骨皮质的连续性,提高骨改建的速度来加速牙齿移动。微型穿孔术(micro-osteoperforation,MOP)是一种新的、简单的加速牙齿移动的微创手术,它是由骨皮质切开术改良发展而来,即在不翻瓣的情况下,直接采用穿刺的方法透过黏膜对骨皮质进行微穿孔。MOP的加速效应及机制尚存在许多争议。文章就MOP的概念、生物学理论、研究现状、临床应用及发展趋势进行综述。 During orthodontic treatment,the longer the tooth movement,the greater the chance of root resorption.Moreover,long-term treatment will affect patients’compliance and satisfaction with orthodontic treatment.Therefore,how to accelerate tooth movement to shorten the treatment time is an urgent problem to be solved.The effective methods in clinic for accelerating tooth movement are to destroy the continuity of cortical bone plate and to improve the speed of bone reconstruction.Micro-osteoperforation(MOP)is a new,simple and minimally invasive procedure accelerating tooth movement.It is developed from a modified cortical osteotomy that allows perforation of bone cortex directly through the mucosa without a flap.The acceleration effect and mechanism of MOP are still controversial.This article reviews the concept,biological theory,research status,clinical application and development trend of MOP.
