社会治理创新语境中城市基层社会组织党的建设研究

Study on the Party Construction of Urban Grassroots Social Organizations in the Context of Social Governance Innovation

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下,城市基层社会组织作为重要的社会力量在积极参与社会治理的同时,不断推进党的建设工作,充分发挥出回应人民需要、解决社会问题的重要功能。以F市5家社会组织为研究对象,运用质性研究方法深入了解和分析在社会治理体制创新背景下社会组织的党建行动和过程,总结党建引领在价值、制度、人才和社会动员等方面的重要作用和具体面向。同时,探索基层社会组织党建遇到的现实障碍,进而讨论了促进落实城市基层社会组织党建引领的具体策略。

Under the guidance of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the new era,urban grass-roots social organizations,as an important social subjects,are actively involved in social governance,continue to promote their party construction,and play an important role in responding to the needs of the people and solving social problems.Taking 5 social organizations in F city as the research object,this study deeply analyze the party construction process of social organizations by the qualitative research method,and summarizes the leading role of party construction in value,institution,human resources and social mobilization.Furthermore,this study explores the practical obstacles encountered in the party building of grass-roots social organizations,and then discusses the relevant specific strategies.
