促进福建省县域经济高质量发展的财政政策研究

Study on the Fiscal Policy of Promoting the High Quality Development of County Economy in Fujian Province

县域经济是福建省经济发展的重要支撑。当前,福建省县域经济发展面临发展速度转变的新形势、发展方式转换的新路径和大规模减税降费的新环境。本文在对福建省县域经济发展面临的形势分析基础上,从财政政策促进福建县域经济发展的角度,提出综合施策引导县域经济协同发展、分类施策引导县域经济特色发展、高效施策发挥县域经济发展财政政策效果的对策建议。

County economy is an important support for the economic development of Fujian Province.At present,the development of county economy in Fujian Province is facing the new situation of the change of development speed,the new path of development mode transformation and the new environment of large-scale tax reduction and fee reduction.Basing on the analysis of the situation that faced by the county economic development in Fujian Province,from the perspective of fiscal policy to promote the development of county economy in Fujian Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including comprehensive implementation of policies to guide coordinated development of county economy,classified implementation of policies to guide the characteristic development of county economy,and efficient implementation of policies to give full play to the effect of fiscal policies for county economic development.
